The PodPassiv design by Charlie Greig was designed to provide a speedy, quality solution for affordable sustainable housing. Charlie wanted to showcase her design with an accurate scaled model. I took the architects drawings and recreated the model so it was suitable for 3D Printing. If the original model was printed the walls would end up only fractions of a millimetre.

Above & right. The recreated data showing the construction of the 3D print. Charlie wanted to show how the building was constructed so I designed the model to slot together from the base to the ceiling. This way of construcing a 3D print also brings the cost down as much less volume in the printing machine is required.
